【重要なお知らせ】Booking.comからの不正メールについて

この度、Booking.com社（本社：オランダ、アムステルダム）経由の予約について、Booking.com社経由で予約をされた一部のお客様に、悪意のある人物より、フィッシングサイトへ誘導するメールが配信された事を確認致しました。（フィッシングサイトとは、不正な手法を用いて、個人情報や金融情報を搾取するために、実在のウェブサイトを装った偽のウェブサイトの事を指します）

Booking社、並びに弊社では、予約頂いたお客様のクレジットカード情報を求めたり、お支払いを要求する事はございません。Booking.com社から、該当のお客様には、メールを送る事にしておりますが、心当たりのないメールが届いた場合、下記へお問合せ下さい。

Important Notice] Regarding Malicious Emails from Booking.com

We have confirmed that some customers who have made reservations through Booking.com (headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands) have received an email from a malicious individual directing them to a phishing website. (A phishing site is a fake website that pretends to be a real website in order to exploit personal or financial information by using fraudulent methods.)

Neither Booking nor our company will ask for credit card information or request payment from customers who have made a reservation. Booking.com will send an email to the relevant customer, but if you receive an email that you do not recognize, please contact us at the address below.
